We know life is busy and plans change! So we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel your space online so we can free up your spot for someone else. If you fail to cancel your class and don’t show, you will lose the class credit.

Esher Studio: Enter the side entrance (not the main entrance to imber court) Pass the nursery, straight ahead you will see a cricket pavillion now turned our Pilates Studio. We have plenty of free parking on site behind the pilates pavilion. Please do not park in the nursery car park.

Yes, Esher Train Station is only a 10-15 minute walk away from our studio & Thames Ditton Train station is a 20-25 minute walk & Hampton Court Train station is a 30 minute walk.

Yes we are open all year including half terms except Christmas and bank holidays.

Grip socks are mandatory due to hygiene reasons, please bring your own or you can purchase them at the studio ranging from £14-£16! Comfortable leggings or joggers, wear layers, in case you get hot then cold. Try not to wear zips as these can be uncomfortable in some positions. *Please bring a small hand towel, water bottle and Pilates socks.

We are happy if your little ones are old enough to sit and chill, read or watch TV whilst you are doing your favourite class. If the child is 13 years old and would like to partake with class they can along side their parent.

Yes you can pay as you go and buy an individual class for £15 or a block of classes, please check the prices page.

We offer classes for everyone at all fitness levels. If you are not sure which is the best class for you then start with GENTLE and we can advise during this in your first class.

We supply mats and all equipment.

Yes, the only people in the studio are us and the studio is locked and no one else can get to the bag area.

We have two trial offers – a mat studio and reformer studio. Each trial pass is a one time offer and is available for new clients. Your trial pass will activate from your first class booking. The trial pass is a non-refundable and non-transferable.

We open our booking window 4 weeks in advance.

You can attend as often or as little as you like.

One of our instructors, locks her bike outside the esher studio along the bar rail out the front, we do not have a bike rack but its good enough to hold up to 10 bikes
